Honestly I'm not surprised, I watched the Willis vs The Woodlands game last season and the way alot of them Willis kids acted during that game and afterwards said alot.

I saw that whole entire game... I guess because DJ Lagway was there that they feel entitled to something whatever that something is.

Didn't they used to play either of the PA schools before yall merge?  I slightly can remember that.

We were district mates back in the mid 70's when we were 3A and there were only 4 A's

While there is wailing and gnashing of teeth about what the kids from Willis did, certain people from a certain ISD that police hair from a certain lineage, can't say a damn thing about said behavior when they have their biases written in stone.

What the kids from Willis did was tasteless.  But some people living in glass mansions should throw any stones

And......

Cleveland should drop football for the foreseeable future

I agree with you on everything but the last statement.  Cleveland has more of a focal point on basketball however they won't drop football at all because that's what they really want to be known for.  Now with that being said the UIL should throughly investigate this matter and any other schools that may use this type of method after the game has been played because like @AggiesAreWe said it will become a brawl.

I probably would have said they miss the entire game.  But at least they are doing something.  It was stupid and childish but hopefully it’s a learning experience and others will take note.  Doesn’t need to become a trend.

I'm talking about at least 2 games at least or if they can take it further like make the most important miss games during marquee match ups.

Maybe they should just shoot them.
Puh-lease.

Anyone care to comment on their parent’s involvement? Aren’t they ultimately responsible for their child’s actions? Shouldn’t there be accountability?

They will be suspended for the first half of tomorrow's game, required to complete community service, and have undergone disciplinary measures during football practice.

I think this is sufficient except I hope their parents give them discipline at home as well. That’s where it all starts.

Agree....I'm guessing they did a whole lot of extra "conditioning"

Maybe you can't comprehend it, but the courts saw through the racist activists that stirred up all the trouble. They targeted a specific ISD and sued about an ISD policy that is applied evenly across the board to EVERONE and the courts completely rejected it. When policy is evenly applied to EVERYONE, there is no bias, regardless what you are determined to think. The truth came out. Sorry it lives in your head 24/7.

As for the Willis incident, would you see any racial component if Kingwood or Friendswood did that to PAM?  Lets see if you will tell the truth.

I've seen all sorts of things during the post game handshakes, but this one is a first for me. I hope that I've seen it all now; no new fads or trends.

My grandson a couple of years ago after a JV game responded to a verbal remark from an opposing team member, and basically told him to just look at the scoreboard. He (my grandson) didn't make it off the field or even into the red zone before one of his coaches stopped him and had a "discussion" about it. I was glad to see that he and the coach did shake hands after the discussion, though. Those are the kinds of coaches that get the most respect, really, IMO.

But everyone can't grow locs, thus your district policy is on some sundown town sh*t

Now, if Willis, Lumberton, BH, or anyone did that to PAM or United, there would be a mele`(sp) and you would be the first to call out PAM or United for defending their honor

Again, glass houses and stone throwing don't mix.........

Some of these kids today have no clue on sportsmanship. Most coaches encourage sportsmanship and talk to the team about the importance of it. Sounds like a social media issue and I probably think that 2 or 3 players enticed others to join in. For the team mates not involved good for them. The ones that did this should be suspended and if they are not a senior allow them to come back in the offseason if they wish. Sometimes you have to learn lessons the hard way
