CCRanch Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Anahuac is undisciplined. The defensive line is too big and slow and the linebackers are non- existent. OF can run up the middle whenever they want. IMO. Quote

TrojanWarrior08 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Anahuac loses a fumble in the end zone after running it to the 1 yard line and it's a touchback OF ball. Quote

TrojanWarrior08 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Another INT by Anahuac but another unsportsmanlike penalty by OF Quote
TrojanWarrior08 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 TD run by OF !!:38/0/3 You've alerted the ScoreboardBot:Score Alert: Orangefield(38) @ Anahuac(0) Q3 ScoreboardBot 1 Quote
TrojanWarrior08 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 This one is pretty much over with unless Anahuac has some kind of miracle on their side. Quote

TxHoops Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Let’s not get it twisted. This district still runs through Orangefield. And they don’t even need Beaumont recruits to do it 🤷🏻♂️ Split Down The Bayou and Cat22 1 1 Quote

jds82 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Give me THE ORANGEMEN for the district title! Absolutely no one will come close to challenging them the remainder of the games in district if they continue to play lights out like they did tonight and if some other team does, I’ll be extremely surprised! Cat22 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 Big statement tonight by the Bobcats. As I said in the other thread, they are getting better each week. I felt like they had a chance tonight but didn’t think they would dominate the game like that. Congrats Bobcats and Coach Breaux! Quote
jds82 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 I didn't have a dog in the fight but it was so rewarding for me to see THE ORANGEMEN absolutely THROTTLE Anahuac. MEN amongst boys in my opinion. If you all remain focused and grow from this game, the skies the limit! Quote
hoops784 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 I can’t help but feel for Anahuac in this game. A lot of buzz and excitement around the team this year, and there is not a more talented team in the district. But it looks like they still have some issues with discipline and consistency. They keep getting in their own way. They have an amazing coaching staff and good athletes who are also great young men. I hope they find a way to get over whatever hill is blocking them from being the program they’re capable of being Quote

Gotta give the Bobcats their flowers lol absolutely no one gave them a chance in this game. Quote

But athletically/talent wise Anahuac has the upper hand. At the skill positions especially. I didn’t see any one from OF that has the talent Coates, Barrier, Richardson, Trotter etc. from Anahuac have. And that’s not a knock on OFAM. OF has tough, disciplined, smart kids who play the game well and that’s why they will win this district Quote

hoops784 Posted October 5 Report Posted October 5 I think you are missing my point lol. But it doesn’t matter. Y’all get after EC and the rest! Quote
