BBfan061 Posted October 7 Report Posted October 7 It’s the Battle for Mill Creek time as Sealy will make the 12 mile trip to the pasture of pain for a game that will basically decide the district championship barring something crazy happening down the road… Bellville leads the all time series with a record of 51-34 and have won 3 in a row. The tale of the tape so far this season Sealy 4-1 W vs Navasota 70-33 W At Cameron Yoe 48-13 W vs Brazosport 30-6 L at Bay City 34-35 OT W vs Needville 55-17 Bellville 2-3 L vs 4A D1 #1 Celina 30-49 W vs Stafford 30-0 W vs FB Crawford 62-0 L at 3A D1 #5 Hitchcock 14-21 L at 3A D1 #1 Columbus 35-49 Sealy has the confidence coming in for sure, but Bellville has definitely went through the gauntlet in non district.. Does Sealy end Bellville’s win streak in the rivalry? I don’t think they do… I think Bellville comes out and makes a statement that even though they are 2-3 that they still have a good team. BBfan061 Posted October 12 Author Report Posted October 12 Sealy 7 Bellville 14 9:59 2nd Bellville blocks a 20 yard FG attempt and returns the distance for a TD Quote
BBfan061 Posted October 12 Author Report Posted October 12 Sealy 7 Bellville 14 Halftime Bellville will get the ball to start the 3rd Quote
Speck430 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 Competitive game so far. Let’s see if Sealy can hold up against the Slot T in the 2nd half. That’s when those 2-3 yd gains turn into 8+. Quote

Speck430 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 Killough if healthy is easily the best QB in the district. He just has to overcome a head coach that doesn’t know how to protect him. Quote
BBfan061 Posted October 12 Author Report Posted October 12 14 minutes ago, Who That said: Sounds like a good one.. Should’ve been over sooner… when it was 28-14 Bellville got a INT on the 3 yard line then fumbled the ball back during the return Quote
Rob Corpus Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 I knew Bellville would win this game, but Sealy put up a good fight Quote
Speck430 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 You live by the pass and you die by the pass for Sealy. Bellville’s rushing offense was neutered by penalties and a stout Sealy defense tonight. Quote
BBfan061 Posted October 12 Author Report Posted October 12 Sealy is pretty good… granted this game should’ve ended with the Bellville INT in the 4th up by 14 but ended being probably the best game between the two rivals since I’ve been here. Sealy will be fine… The only thing that worries me is that other than the QB (Who is really solid) they can’t run the ball much … at least not vs us… The defense plays physical and tackles well. The passing game is good. They will win some playoff games IMO…Bellville offense was kinda rough for the first 3 quarters (Sealy’s defense played a role in that)… Nonetheless these to teams should be the top 2 in the district unless one slips up and losses to Madisonville. Bellville moves to 3-3 and Sealy to 4-2 with both losses in OT. The other to Bay City Quote
Speck430 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 If Killough is healthy in the playoffs, Sealy can do some damage until they run into a team with good team speed. If he gets hurt and they have to play Finley, they’re dead meat. Quote
