Kommiela Started Imprisoning Parents In California Whose Kids Missed School!

The first woman she locked up was a black mother whose daughter had sickle cell anemia.  DEI hire Kommiela found out the State was losing 1.8 billion dollars in federal funds because of this.  She said, "I want this money."    Again, she's trying to do something for all the wrong reasons.
