I wouldn’t count BC out because of tonight. Lots of self inflicted mistakes and penalties. They also turned the ball over several times. 
 

HJ is much improved from last year and showed up tonight. I think BC was overlooking them.

I think that a lot of “BC is BACK” fans were surprised to see that the Cards had not actually been tested this year. 
 

I was glad to see that the boys faced adversity and persevered through it. We’ve still got a couple of tough district games before we begin our playoff run.  
 

But honestly, most of the chirping has been going both ways and they obviously don’t have a lot of fan support out in HJ… they were practically silent in the buildup, so there wasn’t a lot of crow to be served up. 
 

I expect another “quite” week this week as the Livingston Lyin’s will be coming to BC to get their whuppin’.  BC fans will be back in full force for the 10/25 showdown with LiCk’eM.

Playoff run from the regular season to Bi district… I mean it’s High School football and anything can possibly happen but even if your playing the 4 seed from the district over in the 1st round.. you have a serious uphill battle

Sorry, yes I did mean quiet. Lot's of excitement each week around BC, just didn't seem as much after this week. I'm excited for them and hoping for an undefeated regular season. I do not believe BC has ever done this, not even when they won a state championship in the 60's. I am not saying they are going to win a state championship this year, just a chance to be undefeated before post season begins.

Not much to talk about, escaped HJ with a win and have Livingston on Friday. It's kind of a boring week as far as discussions go. Looking forward to the LCM game next week.

HJ showed up last week and I expect them to do the same and put up some points against Huffman on Friday (Not saying they will win), especially since Huffman gave up 38 to Vidor.

As far as playoffs go, they play the games for a reason, anything can happen.

I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock into the 38 points. 22 of those came in the 4th QTR with nothing but backups in the game.

figured that was the case
