In a football game who would win newton or K-ville

If they played this year then I would pick Newton. Probably next year also because I believe Newton will be bringing back a lot of players.

Newton had Kirbyville number, but I do consider the coaches we have had also. I think a young and talented Krbyville squad next year will give them eagles a fit. Go Cats!!!

Thier is know way that newton would be able to hang with k-ville,thier offense is way to tallented they have hazlewood reaturning musgrove and perice rhodes little brother at running back,but they are loosing almost all thier line but thier a talented team.

Are you the same K-ville fellow that said K-Ville would beat WO-S and a shoe in to win state last season?  Better worry about WO-S because that is the district K-Ville will be in. Last year we heard how EC would put it on Newton and how close Buna would play Newton in the bi-district playoff game. HUMMMM.

I think Kirbyville will be able to play them closer than E.C. has ever been able to but the eagles will still fly circles around the kitty cats.

k-ville is a good squad, and will certainly benefit from dropping down, but newton should be the better team next year.

Newton will win this one.

Kirbyville has proven for the last couple of years that they can go as deep or deeper in the playoffs while finishing 2nd or 3rd in district!  District champs is nice!  But it doesn't mean anything if you only go 1-2 rounds deep!

Newton isn't any faster on Friday night than Kirbyville from what I've seen. 

Don't base your opinion on Newton running by your DVille Pirates cuz that ain't hard to do. 

Anyway, you are right on one fact though... speed does kill!

This is shaping up to be one of the best games in the area next year.  Kirbyville will return a lot of talent as will Newton but the edge goes to Newton due to a better coaching staff.  Sorry Jack
