BBfan061 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 Man… After the first district games I feel like this region is looking wide open this year… I think there are 5-6 teams that can make a case to win the region this year. Quote
Localfan1 Posted October 12 Report Posted October 12 Who would you say are the top ones? I would definitely say HF is one of them. Jasper, Silsbee, and WOS always have athletes. Bellville is still good, and Sealy has a good team. Quote

Robinson, Waco La Vega, Waco Conally, Hamshire Fannett, West Orange Stark, Bellville, Sealy, and depending on which version of them shows up Madisonville honestly Quote

As long we don't draw Bellville week 12 I'm good with our chances. Quote

BBfan061 Posted October 13 Author Report Posted October 13 I’ll get my first look at La Grange Friday night Quote
leopardfan201 Posted October 14 Report Posted October 14 U will and I do believe this game will be close for 3 quarters Quote

I’ve been wrong before and will again BUT I don’t agree… Looking at the numbers Bellville defensively is holding each of their opponents to season lows for points scored on the year..with the exception of Celina . I just don’t see La grange making much of a game out of it… But it’s high school sports and who knows what can happen. If I’m wrong I’ll eat the crow lol Quote

Not saying La Grange is just average I’m just pointing out that our offense is pretty meh this year especially after we lost a RB in week 2 Quote

I was surprised by how much La Grange ran their QB. It also seemed like the La Grange varsity offensive line was almost smaller than their JV line. Bellville has given up yards against the pass this season but it seemed like La Grange went away from it. Sealy took Bellville to overtime throwing it all over the field. Was this a case of a head coach trying to showcase his son or what? Quote

I was curious to… Bellville has some problems in the secondary clearly and idk why La Grange went away from it after halftime… Bellville could’ve made some adjustments to be fair.. I don’t think it really mattered because La Grange had no answer for Bellville… idk if Bellville punted all night… Quote
