This could be a rest in the 2nd half game. But we can't look ahead to the trip to Silsbee next week. We've been surprised before when it's looks easy. Shepherd has played well so far. They come in with a 2 game win streak. Holding on to a 3 way tie for 1st. They scored 50+ in their 3 wins. 34+ in the 3 losses. WOS defense allowing 22.8 ppg. It's closer to the traditional numbers expected from the Mustangs. Helps when the offense is able to take advantage of those stops. If we can clean up the little things and keep the coaches off the field 👀, maybe those untimely flags can stay off the turf. #every second counts

WOS didn’t exactly blow out FB Crawford but Crawford is probably better than Shepherd

The offense will score yes, how much will the defense give up. I agree with all those that say even though the 50 defense is back, it is not the same as CT or Hooks area.

But it could have been, if they would have never changed it in the first place and kept most of the old coaching staff the ran away.  Discipline might not have drop. But it is what it is and here we are.

I agree. Young coaches want to make a name for themselves. They do want to continue with what works if someone else gets the credit. IMO

These two are linked together in history cause of a certain QB back in the day, last name Robertson if I remember correctly. Matter of fact I think WOS, Shepherd and Png are linked together because of it.

This was in the 90s. Believe he started off at PNG, then Shepherd, then finished at WOS.

This is true but the players are not the same as they were back then neither. No shade just factual.
