Well this may have just got more interesting. BH is home trying to hold on for a playoff spot with a decimated offense due to injuries. However I think I heard that BU is in the same boat with a QB and 2 RB’s getting knocked out of last weeks game. The BH D is still mostly intact , so that’s a bright spot😃 I Think BH still wins at home, but we need to get healthy quick for the post season to become reality.

From what I hear, the RB’s and QB will be back.  BU’s defense is balling, just need consistency on offense.  We moved the ball well against Galveston Ball.  But those 3 fumbles which resulted in 21 points doomed us.

This could be a trap game for BH. Coming off of a debacle of a loss at PAM could open the door for United. Hopefully BH gives a heavy dose of the ground and pound offense and the defense play’s assignment bend, but don’t break defense and not allow the speed on the outside to hurt them.

Question: Do YOU think BU will score more than 7pts this week sir??

Sounds like this will be a low scoring game.

BU put up 400 + yards on Ball if Max Prep is correct. Ball only gained 250 ish due to being gifted with a short field. Ball from a point standpoint is leading the district in points allowed. Not sure how PAM blew them out and Ball had problems stopping BU? Regardless this is a must win for BH and not sure if we have anyone returning this game. Good news for BU though on their QB and RB returning.

BU’s game vs PA was the first district game, improved defense and still struggling offense.  The Ball game was after a bye week.  Apparently, found something to move the rock.  Apparently pretty good against a salty Galveston defense.  And pretty good to say that 3 starters got hurt…

This year went badly off track for BH on the opening drive of the 1st game. RB1 gone for the season, then later in that same game WR1 went down. (HATERS REJOICE!!!). Then it got worse from there. More injuries on offense, all the skill guys. Took all the speed off the field. So what can BH do at this point? BH can go out with whoever is left standing and play as hard as they can for the remainder of the season. That might get them 4th place.

It is insane how injury prone BH has been the past two years. Lost most of our defense last year, and now our offense this year. I am the eternal optimist though. Maybe next year we have minimal injuries, and we do have a favorable schedule set up. Thats next year though. BH needs to dig in, man up and play as hard as they can with what they got as long as they can. If the team does that, thats all anyone can ask.

I guess the n the bright side we got to see some JV kids that rose to the occasion last week. WR #13, WR and kick returner # 89 and RB # 42 all contributed with big catches and big runs. #89 was a big kid and can only get better. This will be a tough game and maybe BH can win a close one this year!

I can’t believe that we’re talking about this BH/BU game like there’s really a chance BH could lose it.  BH is ranked #179 right now and BU is #369.  Their game last week against PAM was much more evenly matched and it was a close one as you’d expect although they sure screwed up at the end letting the clock run out without kicking a field goal to tie.

By the numbers, New Baytown should win this handily, lose badly to Ball, beat Weak Brook, end regular season at 6-4 and 4th place and a game or two in playoffs before getting knocked out.

If New Baytown loses to either BU or WB, Coach Abseck’s got some explaining to do…

BH should win, but rankings don’t take into account injuries. PAM is not that good of a team which GB exposed 2 weeks ago and a beat up BH team confirmed last week. BU put 400 + yards on the best defense as far as points allowed in GB. Not to mention BU held GB to 28 even after turning the ball over from what I understand 3 times deep in their territory! Like you said though BH should take the next 2-3 , but that’s why we play the game.oh and we prefer to be called Baytowns Daddy😎

Choosing your own nickname is lame AF.  Y’all are New Baytown and deep down you know it.

One thing I know is that EVERYBODY worries about all things BH. Outsiders worry about BHISD policies. Outsiders worry about whoever coaches BH. Outsiders worry about attaching some name to BH. Seems BH is in everyones head 24/7/365. Its just crazy, but thats quite a compliment to BH! We really matter to everyone!

You didn’t see my earlier comment that everyone in Dirty Bay knows it’s better on the Hill and that if we didn’t love y’all we wouldn’t give you any 💩?

If you’re from BH then you know that half of MB has Baytown family/friends so yeah, your poor relations back home in Baytown still care for you even though you moved on up to Riceland and think your 💩 don’t stink.

They hate us because they ain’t us 😎

Safe travels tonight BU hope to see a good injury free game tonight! I think the last time we played a Beaumont team was Central in the 1st round of a 4A maybe 5A playoffs. BH was undefeated that year being the 1st year in that division and Central won by 3 I believe.

Payback 😂
