Back ~ 10 years ago when I lived in Plantation (on Cotton Bayou) 5 of the 6 neighbors on our street moved there from North Shore. But I don't doubt the Baytown angle at all. Everyone used to say that the Barber's Hill area was to be the next Katy. What I do know is that the Chambers County taxes (Mont Belvieu) were much less than the Harris County (Baytown) taxes. But also from what I hear, the Barbers Hill school taxes have really been catching up quickly these days. -

Or the importer will look for other sources, possibly in country. Won't matter whose in the White House, Biden/Harris have kept most of the tariffs in place and even increased some. Your anti-Trump argument on this one is a bust. -
