I heard it would be on UIL YouTube channel. Not sure how true that is.

He will probably claim he wasn't aware the guy was recording also although he was sitting right next to him. Never know. Your right. Common sense is not always applied in these formal situations though. Sometimes folks just get too technical and strictly go by what's written in the rule book.

gonna be tough to explain how he didn't notice while several people several rows away did.  the video of him videoing isn't going to help his case, either.  it's impossible to sit next to someone for an hour with them videoing every play and pretend you never noticed.
