Virginia Judge Rules State Of Virginia Can't Strike Noncitizens From Voter Rolls!

When I first heard this, I told my wife I bet this judge was appointed by either clinton, obama or biden.  And sure enough it was biden.  How did I know?  Because this judge is not following the law.  To me, this should be cause for removal.  How many know that the House has this authority?

I hope no one knows this because the House cannot remove a federal judge.

 Only the Senate can remove a federal judge by a 2/3 vote. I doubt that you could get 27 Democrat senators to support removal.

You are right.  The House impeaches and the Senate removes.
