When I first heard this, I told my wife I bet this judge was appointed by either clinton, obama or biden.  And sure enough it was biden.  How did I know?  Because this judge is not following the law.  To me, this should be cause for removal.  How many know that the House has this authority?

@UT alum  @HuntersLaptop2028

I hope no one knows this because the House cannot remove a federal judge.

Only the Senate can remove a federal judge by a 2/3 vote. I doubt that you could get 27 Democrat senators to support removal.

You are right.  The House impeaches and the Senate removes.

It’s the freakin’ law. Jeez, do you ever think for yourself?

This explanation comes from the Secretary of State of the reddest state in the U.S.

You are participating in the spread of an outright lie.

Are these DEI hires or just plain marxist?   But, now we know why they were put on the Supreme Court!

@UT alum

They voted to uphold the law as written and passed. It’ll be interesting to see how many come off the rolls. Statistically irrelevant is my guess. Even more interesting will be how many are mistakenly removed and don’t have time to restore their right before Tuesday. The law was that way for a good reason. The appeals court upheld the lower court

OK, apparently you think the Supreme Court is wrong.  So, fill us in on where the problem is!

Not wrong. Whatever the court rules becomes right by definition. I don’t agree and personally think they ruled incorrectly but that and $1 will buy you a cup of coffee. I hope some reporting done on who lost their vote because they were “suspected” incorrectly.

So you and your communist regime want non-citizen invaders to vote in elections. What a traitor to those who gave their lives so that our rights could live on.

Based on your statement it won't matter if their vote is counted or not. So why not make sure they are valid?

I think you based your statement on the Democratic talking point of "no widespread fraud".....

Right now in Pennsylvania they are examining 2500 ballets in one county and there are 2 other counties that are examining ballets -

2500 ballets may not be defines as "wide spread" but as close as this race is, it might determine an outcome......

It’s not a Democratic talking point. It’s a fact.
As for your first remark, it’s not about the relevance of the vote. It’s about the accuracy of the poll list. In a city council election decided by one vote it would count bigly. In a national election the number is statistically insignificant. Our nation has the best election system in the world, but at the same time any system always has room for improvement.

As for the Pennsylvania deal, it is relevant in which county the allegation was made and who made it. I’ll bet no significant evidence of fraud is found.

I think it is reasonable to “set” the poll list 90 days before an election.. If it could be meddled with right up to Election Day, voters incorrectly removed would not have time to cure their vote and would be denied their right. I don’t think non citizens should be allowed to vote because it is against the law. Use the other 21 months between federal elections to clean the voter rolls. Why do you make such a wild assumption just because my opinion differs from yours. Traitor? Really? You need to chill, man.

Don’t tell me to chill. How many years have we been voting in this country? Just here lately has there been problems. Why? Because of a hostile takeover through our voting system. Call me crazy, call me anything you want. It’s what the left is good at. I don’t mince words. It’s communism, and anyone who takes up for illegal voting rights is with them. Your opinion is just that. Voting rights belongs to Americans. If they are tampered in any way, we become Venezuela.

Virginia has same day voter registration. A person can literally walk in to the voting location, register and then vote.

So the premise that Virginia might be stopping people with a legitimate right to vote is nonsense.

From what I gather in the news report, assuming that the ones I have read are correct, the people that were removed, filled out a drivers license registration and marked that they were not an American citizen.

Could the person have made a mistake bychecking the box incorrectly? Although unlikely it is certainly possible. That same person who was removed can go into the same voting location where he would have voted and again, complete a voter registration and then vote.

That went into the Supreme Court’s decision.

If such a person votes by registering on election day, he fills out a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are not originally counted and or not counted unless needed.

For example….

Statewide there are 500 provisional ballots cast. A person wins the election by 4,000 votes. That would be no need to count the provisional ballots as it will not matter.

Then let’s say there are 5,000 provisional ballots cast in the election. One candidate then wins the election by only 1,500 votes. In that case, the election could definitely swing on those provisional ballots. The state will then investigate each person to make sure they live at the correct address listed and that they are American citizens. If these things are correct, the vote will then be counted.

Safe Harbor is not untillll…… I think December 17th this year so there will be six weeks to verify the provisional ballots if needed.

The purging of the names of people who checked a state form saying that they were not an American citizen, will not stop that same person from voting.

Hugh Republican Win: Judge Orders Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State to Release List of 218,000 Registered Voters Who Did Not Provide Proof of Citizenship!

From the article:

"America First Legal won big today in a lawsuit against Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.

The Superior Court of Arizona ordered Secretary Fontes to release the list of up to 218,000 registered voters who did not provide proof of citizenship as required by law.

Secretary Fontes must release the list by Monday.

Fontes previously claimed a computer glitch (LOL) allowed more than 200,000 people in Arizona to register without proof of citizenship so America First Legal sued him on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.”"

Excellent summation of the provisional ballot. Investigation of the provisional ballot.of a suspected non citizen would be part of determining its validity. The system rally does work.

I don’t support illegal voting of any kind. There has been no hostile takeover of the system. Election workers take their oaths seriously. I worked them here in Hardin County for 30 years. I know the system. Voter fraud is statistically insignificant. Ballots cannot be stuffed or discarded. They must all be accounted for, and that responsibility lies first at the precinct level and finalized by the County Clerk. That’s why 60 lawsuits alleging fraud were thrown out.  Secretaries of State don’t want crooked elections because the buck stops with them. If anyone is a traitor it is Donald J. Trump. To do what he has done to weaken confidence in the election system is to do what Russia has been trying to do since the 50’s. He’s done a better job in 12 years than they have in 70. Aiding and abetting?

You call me a traitor, I’m not going to call you a name back. I will tell you to chill.

Traitor is not name calling. It’s a term leftys wear proudly on their chest. So all of this illegal voting has been a problem forever? Think about it. You are also comparing Texas to Virginia……not even close. Weakening of the confidence in the election system was began by your idol Hillary Clinton…..and Stacy Abrams. Hillary fired her manager that night and blamed it on Russia, which was proven FALSE but you still have people, such as yourself, pushing the agenda and blaming everything bad on Trump.

Telling me to chill…..I’ve always been nonconforming.
