Very nice.  I don’t think Elko needs to give any more thought to the QB situation.

Curious to see how he does against some good defenses that have game planned for him, but he looks like the real deal.  Texas better be looking at the Arkansas tape to see what they did to slow him down.  He was absolutely electric last night.

Was responding to a dumb Facebook comment just now and realized how good the Texas D has been this year.  #1 stop rate in the country, #2 pass defense, top 20 run defense.  They’ve given up 9 touchdowns in 8 games, and 4 of those in the last two weeks were on drives where the opponent started inside the Texas 40 after turnovers (and Michigan’s touchdown as time expired against second stringers barely counts).  Even Georgia only managed two drives longer than 35 yds against them, and one of those ended in an interception.

Was that the same QB they started the season with….who sucked? They replaced him and the offense took off. Then they switched back? Sorry, I didn’t watch the full game. If this is the correct scenario, what kind of drugs are the coaches on? It was plain as the nose on your face.

No.  Weigman was.  He replaced him with this guy once and then brought Weigman back.

#1 I don't think CW is fully healthy

#2 Reed has showed before he's the better QB. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Neither are great passers, but at least Reed can run.  I do think some of the passing issues are on the play calling.  Not many high percentage passes being called.  Klein has more experience calling plays with a mobile QB over a pocket guy, so Reed seems to be a better fit.
