That suit concerns hand counting all ballots, even if machine tabulated. Reagan’s allegation was that Democrats are suing to stop drop box surveillance. Republicans are the ones suing to stop that. Hand counting machine tabulated ballots is just a ruse to gum up the works and stall for time. Democrats were right to sue over that.

This is part of a larger suite that includes hand counting and box surveillance.  Nothing wrong with making sure we get the right result.  The claims of gumming up the works makes no sense, kinda like claiming showing an ID will put too much burden on the voters, nonsense.

No, gumming up will delay the tally giving Trump fuel to sow doubt and start lawsuits attempting to overthrow his defeat again. He is a master of delay.
