Reagan Posted November 1 Report Posted November 1 Judicial Watch just got a ruling from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals finding that Judicial Watch is right—counting ballots received after Election Day is contrary to federal law. Remember -- it's "election day", not election days, weeks or months! This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up @UT alum @CardinalBacker @HuntersLaptop2028 Thoughts?! Quote

The only thing is, they can make it harder, but they can’t stop it. Voters will follow whatever rules are in place to cast their vote, even if it might be a little more inconvenient. The Democratic Party is organized and will do a better job of educating voters than Lara Trump’s hot mess RNC. There are too many unintended consequences cropping up and Republican Party message failures due to Trump’s failure to discuss policy and persistent insulting of almost every voting bloc except his own 43%. Harris will end up north of 300 electoral votes. LumRaiderFan 1 Quote

The trend indicate an exceptional turnout, but a lot of it is in areas that would be considered “safe” Trump country. My reading of the tea leaves says that it gonna be close… very close. Quote

I think Trump is going to underperform and Harris will overperform. It was already slowly turning, but this past week of gaffes will stifle Republican turnout, move all remaining fence sitters to Harris, or at least not Trump, and it will give the fuel needed to inflame an already ignited Harris/Walz campaign. Let’s compare theories Tuesday night. CardinalBacker 1 Quote

Also, I heard that the over 65 vote in Pennsylvania is behind 2020 numbers. A example of the lagging performance I was referencing in the other post. Quote

Supreme Court overturns most extreme circuit court in the country’s ruling. Absentee ballots received after Election Day if postmarked Nov.5 or prior. Thoughts? Quote
