Judicial Watch just got a ruling from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals finding that Judicial Watch is right—counting ballots received after Election Day is contrary to federal law.

Remember -- it's "election day", not election days, weeks or months!

Does that apply to overseas votes, including military?
