I am hoping the Bulldogs, but after watching the defense vs Huntsville I don’t know if they can. Probably going to have to score at least 42 to win after watching the defense vs Huntsville

Both teams are good.  Both teams can score.  I think it will be a shootout with both teams in the 40’s.  Probably another one score game. Turnovers, mistakes, or even a bad punt snap will decide it.

I want the Dogs to take this one, but my gut feeling is that Montgomery, playing at home, will come out with the “W” on a one score game.

That’s how I’m feeling as well. That long drive doesn’t do Ned any favors either.

As a PNG fan, why would you want Nederland to win this one?  Are you aware of what is at stake here?

Montgomery by at least 2 TD’s.  Nederland couldn’t stop a freshman QB at home on sr night.  How will they stop Montgomery’s QB who has more experience?

Thats what happens when you have no film on a guy he played less than 1 quarter at QB That Freshman QB will be giving nightmares to teams the next 3 years he is outstanding

Montgomery will run the ball against Nederland.  Nederland speed keeps the game close.  I'm thinking Bears by 1 score.  Mistakes can turn this around,  or make it worse. 🤔🏉

If they aren't playing PNG i am usually all in for the Dogs, buuuuut a Nederland loss may be better for the NDNs. Just saying. But no matter what happens, it would be great to meet back up for region

Montgomery motions people around to get a numbers advantage on one side or the other.  The QB lines up in the shotgun with a RB on each side and he either runs to the side with the advantage, or he runs a counter to the weak side.  The QB keeps the ball more than he gives it to the RB.  The QB is elusive and if he gets in the open field, he will take it to the endzone.  Both RBs can run the ball, but they were not as elusive as the QB.  Passing game is nothing special.  PN-G's DB left WRs open and he could not get the ball to them consistently.  Lots of roll outs and deep throws.

They did come in with a different QB and put the other QB at WR. He couldn't catch though. Also have a massive tightend.
