BREAKING the 12-2A Division II DEC has ruled Sabine Pass must forfeit district wins over Colmesneil, Hull-Daisetta and Evadale for using ineligible players No word on if Sabine Pass will appeal to the UIL

The results of these forfeits will currently put Evadale as the 3rd seed and West Hardin as the 4th seed.

Sabine Pass will miss the playoffs.

Pretty self explanatory. Used ineligible player(s) in district play.

DEC does not provide the names of player(s) in the district meeting minutes.

If I had to guess, a player or players had not established residency within the school district.
