Used ineligible player(s) in district play. DEC does not provide the names of player(s) in the district meeting minutes. If I had to guess, a player or players had not established residency within the school district. Quote

If the PAPF was filled out, signed off on, approved by the DEC and If they were enrolled in school on the first day, then they are eligible immediately. It's only if you enroll after the 6th day of class that you have to sit out the 15 days. Quote
