The federal dept of education, public schools, the UIL, they are all close to extinction.  Schools lie FFA will be the norm.

Not sure this is an accurate statement.  Schools like FF pick and choose who they want.  In there case high level basketball players.  Still a whole lot of kids that will have to be educated that don't fit this category or in other cases parents wont be able to afford private schools.  It may change things for some, but extinction is probably a little to strong of a description.
