Yeah it does. Someone just explained it. you can take it on PAT or Kickoff...No kickoff in OT... Montgomery chose to use it in OT.

There was a play in regulation time, (the extra point) you can’t bank and carry a penalty into OT. Just called a head ref in the Bmt chapter and asked a ref in the Houston chapter. Penalty should have been enforced during that time.

First mistake was calling anybody in the bmt chapter.
