Really? I rememeber we had about a dozen Bibles in the school library. No one was ever forced to check them out. Some did reference them for historical accounts. Point is, some people just are unnerved by a Bible, even if its just sitting there gathering dust. I pity those who are.ย ย
No one is forcing the Bible on anyone. The Drag queens are being forced on the children. Drag queens reading gays stories to elementary kids is indoctrination, which forces a belief system on them.ย
Apart from forced exposure I have trouble coming up with a valid reason for having a Bible in a classroom. And any unlikely โvalid reasonsโ will still lead to forced exposure. ย Saying that kids can โignoreโ whatever the Bible is used for in the class is no different than suggesting they ignore the drag queen show in the library. ย And again, Iโm not equating the value of the two, just the action of placing both in an area where they have no reason to be. ย
