A few years back one of the Hardin schools, maybe West Hardin, opted out of their UIL District and any chance of making the playoffs but still played football. They made their own schedule. I forget what it is called when a team does this but that should be the move for Cleveland. At 6 A they will never make the playoffs, so why not lower your competition and give yourself a chance to not get 70 scored on you everytime you play.

It's called an Outlaw schedule.

West Hardin did it for travel purposes and not competition. They were put in a district up north that was just too strenuous on the school budget.
