Republicans are finally catching on to what Democrats have been promising for years - free stuff

This, however, if done correctly should be given to everyone that PAID taxes as a refund for overspending. If you got back more than you paid in, you should get nothing.

Not everyone, but the average salary in USA is $56,000. A single man making 56K, taking standard deduction would owe $4700 in taxes every year. If we can agree that the waste has been going on for AT LEAST 2 years, the average person would have paid $9400 in taxes, so a one time 8K refund would seem reasonable. 

In normal circumstances I would say no way anyone is getting a refund........but this is Trump, nothing is off the table lol
