The point wasn’t intimidation for any opponent. The point was simply to recognize a young man with extraordinary talent. I do the same for players on other teams as well when they catch my eye. That being said, Ball and LP aren’t comparable in the least. I’d say they’re about as opposite as opposite can be, and LP players aren’t showboats. Even the very talented ones. They tend to be very businesslike.

My point being that Silsbee doesn't need or warrant any condolences. Nothing poor about the Tigers or their situation.
