how are the numbers sub varsity wise/ talent?

What offensive/ defensive systems are a fit?

facilities?

Kids/ work ethic/ buy in?

 

as always someone will be real happy when they get that job

they're building new facilities correct? could be enough to garner some more attention than usual cause the talent pool is scarce I'm afraid.
