La Vega is much faster overall teamwise than Bellville.

Teams with very good speed on both sides of the ball has been problematic for Silsbee this year.

I’m gonna be honest…speed wise we had basically none lol other than DD who was probably operating at like 60% (Not using that as a excuse)

Fast teams dont always win ball games. You have to stay discipline and play gap football. If Silsbee can pass the ball and stop the run id think we have a shot. There big qb is not mobile so he is no threat to run like hitchcock Qb earlier in the season. We need the kids to be prepared and some luck.

facts, and we nit the same team we was when we played vs wos , regular season and post season is two different beast, thats  why we got a game Friday and a lot of teams don't that was better than us in the regular season, that's why the games are played on the field and not on paper or  call prep. we not doing bad for a basketball school lol

Waco LaVega is about equal to Hitchcock in speed and size.

We need to watch film of the Hitchcock game, HF game and WOS game. We need to see how we match up with them and work on our strengths and correct our weakness. La Vaga will be bringing the same type of team. Thing is, in those games Silsbee was beat up, banged up and slowed up. We've healed up a little now, 100% no, but I believe everyone is playing and that's always a plus.  I think this is going to be a really good game. I'm picking Silsbee to win, because that's just the homer in me, whether it's by one point or one hundred points it doesn't matter as long as we get the W. TigerNation!!!

A little birdie told me that WO-S defensive line got tore up by La Vega but Silsbee’s defense matched up better with La Vega just limit the turnovers and execute on offense get the lead and hold on also don’t kick to their return men they touched WO-S last week.

They pooched kicked it #1 two times and he ran it back two times. I watched the film of WOS vs Vega and Wos did stack the box to stop the run. Yes i think silsbee could possibly do better. Vega does have some big ole boys they just have to be aggressive and get in the backfield
