Many is the time PNG beat Nederland, or vice versa Nederland beat PNG & it was one of the only wins of the season for the victor of the game.  The loser having gone on to the playoffs.  Mid County Madness is crazy like that. It has no bearing on the season's fortunes, good or bad.  I expect that this PNG vs Texas High game should be played prior to announcing the winner.  Just a thought!

PNG needs all of the luck.  Apparently Texarkana doesn't need any luck; they've already got this one in the bag, and looking ahead to SOC.  (That's per the TH fans.  The TH coach did a pretty level headed interview; it's on line somewhere.)
