Smith to step down. He should be disbarred and placed in jail. Stepping down just doesn’t do it for me. What a POS!

Why?  If Trump actually broke the law, then stay with the case.  But, this is basically admitting all these were trumped up, uh, no pun intended, charges!!  So, I'm thinking Smith needs to lawyer up!
