I looked back through MaxPreps and looks like Woodville has averaged 8 or 9 wins a year the last decade at least with several double digit win seasons sprinkled in. Why would anyone be so surprised if they put to together one of those years?

Not like they have been averaging 2 or 3 wins for the last 10 years.

Been stuck at the second round the past decade. Had to know we would bust through sooner or later though

Heard the Woodville coach is putting in for the Lufkin job.....

As he should. Geographical location is messed up but Lufkin has alot of talent coming through and it started this season.

If the wife aint happy aint nobody happy.......

Perfect time to share this information if your a HATER. Haven't heard anything else from you concerning the eagles during the season except after the 2 losses. "How'd the QB look" And now that we're in the middle of a historic run you want to share this non verified info. DISGRACEFULL

The way Woodville fans bash their coaches y'all should be happy......

I'm sure all coaches get bashed by fans. Heck all of us bleacher warmer, fence standing fans question various decisions. But as for this fan and I'm gonna go on a limb and say the majority are pleased with the overall performance he has done and accomplished with this program. He's lead us to the 2nd round (and beyond currently) 8 out of his 9 years here. Not to mention the athletes that have been encouraged/motivated to take it the next step past high school.

When looking back I noticed this the 1st year for Woodville in D2

New Caney is an easy trip from Woodville, and not too bad from the Triangle, I would like to see  anyone who can go to this game. Let's go help out these Eagles. FYI, I'm pretty sure you have use on line tickets.
