Neither BISD school has the talent, facilities or administrative structure to build a successful program. Until BISD gets one HS & an overhaul of the admin I wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider this job. Quote

This would be a great place for more experiments and on the job training where expectations are already low. Hopefully they're offering top pay to someone already in the area with playoff experience.
