Have any candidates been leaked to the media?  Any information about a timetable for interviews, hiring the coach, giving the coach sufficient time to put together a staff (bring in coaches), and get the kids transitioned to a new program, culture, and system?

….  And I’m shocked that a move that I was expecting in the west end of town haven’t happened yet… care to give us an insight, Mr. Comedian?

Nope. I barely keep up with HS football these days except when I come on here.

And since you're STILL sore about it....

Anderson just scored another touchdown.

I hope they give the opportunity to a certain individual! If he gets it & they allow him to make the changes necessary to build a successful program he can shake things up.

You're the man for the job

This is the hidden content, please

Ron Antoine is a great guy. Played HS ball with him. All around good dude and has coached at college level for a good while. Hope he gets a chance.

I can confirm that only one person on this list actually got an interview for this job & that’s Drenard. First round of interviews are being conducted today.

Why are they taking so long??

Because BISD will not allow a new coach to bring in his on staff they will only be able to hire hometown boys are retreads like Stowers. United will never be successful until they allow a new coach, with a good resume, and not homegrown, to pick his own staff. Beaumont has the talent to be really competitive but if you don’t bring in someone different to stir things up and bring in a new perspective. Your just going to go through the same ole routine.

Stowers actually won at Central, so he's the exception. Otherwise I agree.

Agreed Administrations are about 70% responsible for the success of a football program.
