I think you’re paid extra for being the HC and the AD.  That’s the case at towns with one football team.  When you have a district with multiple high schools. You generally have several HC’s with one AD.  Or at least that’s how I thought it was…

The head football coach in districts with more than 1 high school often carries the duty of campus AD.  Thus, some larger districts have competitive pay whilst others do not.  

Although, it is not always easy to find specific names, govsalaries can give you an idea of pay from district to district for such positions.

I believe Langston and Colbert are/were making $98,000 and both are campus athletic coordinators.

I may be wrong on the salaries but not campus positions.

Hes good. Couple more and we can make a run. Its hard to compete with schools like Waco Lavega that has multiple schools in Waco Isd. Its hard to win it all with home grown kids anymore. But on a serious note i home United can find a good coach and be successful

BU needs to break the cycle of only keeping coaches for two or three years,  they don’t get a chance to get established.  (Need to make better hires of course).  Probably need a new AD as well.
