Point being he wasn’t actively coaching before he got the Head Coach gig. He’s now the head coach which makes him a “former” principal.

But with that logic, how should a ‘formor’ position coach that just so happen to be on the staff of a team that won 3 championships (ZERO HC experience)be a sought after applicant for a 5a HC job?  Mind you the person. I’m talking about thumped their nose at the HC job…

Was probably doing both because the pay is so bad there…

Nope. He wanted to get into administration.

I have known plenty of coaches who were school admins. Yes, some did it for the extra salary.

If you are going to compare 6A school salaries to 4A DII salaries, that is pretty stupid.

I believe Scott Surratt is probably paid higher than 6a but hey he is a winner.

You don’t just so happen get to coach at a place like North Shore & secondly you don’t just so happen to win 3 state championships in 4 years. You’re so uninformed as to what goes into coaching that you think being a position coach is a bad thing. When they’re the ones that does all the coaching 🤣🤣 but I forgot you think a title makes someone a good coach.

Fun fact: at most good programs the HC is simply a figure head/administrator of the program. Jon Kay didn’t call not one play in any of those state championship games we won. And that’s not to discredit him because he’s a phenomenal person/coach but that’s just the reality.

Lastly as I’ve told you several times & proven to you outside of this site, I run a multi-million dollar company why would I go coach? I’m kinda convinced you’re stupid Soulja.

I don't any program that’s serious about athletics allowing coaches to coach & be in admin. In fact most big time football programs only allow their coaches to coach football i.e Duncanville.

Also you should know Aggie that salaries aren’t based on classifications…I have coaching buddies that aren’t making over 6 figures as position coaches in HISD at 4A programs. Ain’t nobody going beat down the door to coach at WOS for 50k a year bud sorry.

Well, I don’t think you’re stupid, but I think you get carried away with the outlandish statements.

I forgot we’ve talked about this.  Even before when you were coaching you sneezed at the fact of coaching in Beaumont.  Heck, you even sneezed about being a HC at a small school to boost your resume and gain experience…

You really just be all over the place..

I'm not going to mention by name but it would behoove BISD to take a look East. 🤷🏾‍♂️  Those that really know me know what school (not coach) I'm talking about.

East? Unless you are considering Louisiana schools, there are not many schools east of Beaumont.

Nothing I say is outlandish I only speak from a place of fact & experience…y’all think they’re outlandish cause y'all don’t know any better.

I def sneezed at that fact because I’ve experienced first hand what it takes to have a success football program & Beaumont is 20 years behind when it comes to that. I’ve learned from other great coaches that “good coaches don’t take bad jobs” & that’s something I stand by.

And why would I have gone from NS to a small school…if you look at the former position coaches that left NS they all are HC or coordinators at 6A programs…make it make sense Soulja.

Dude you all over the place Justin. Are you on meth? Other Drugs? Concentrating on misgovernment transactions perhaps per finances since that is my expertise. So let's go. I love this. 😎
