Williams is a Beaumont guy but cut his teeth with Stump at Atascocita and Austin LBJ. Plus he played for Stump at Brook. So he knows what a winning football culture looks like. It's going to take a guy that knows Beaumont but has experience with winning programs in order to win here given the circumstances. Quote
