fleeing sanctuary city NYC. I would say most come from tropical or sub tropical regions. They are not used to cold weather and snow. These people are sure wearing nice jackets, some better than I wear. I’m sure they didn’t pack them for their long journey. I also wonder why the fire marshalls haven’t put capacity limits on these shelters. They’re packed in there like sardines.
