Yes and yes. The Super will hire himself.

After all, he wants the job more than any candidate so far, and he’s obviously more qualified as he wants to tell previous coaches what to do. As a bonus, he won’t have any issues with playing his son.

That crash should not have affected your account. You should have been able to keep that username had you chose to.

Many members here were able to keep their accounts status quo, including myself. Been here since the site started in Dec. 2005.

Mine was jacked up due to an email I used that was longer in use after crash. There was an issue,  I was admin before crash and then got lost in shuffle. No biggy, that’s was what I was stating, I came in shortly afterwards because we use to have the youth football battles on here that were epic. Lol Good Ol’ days

HA!  Good one!  The way I see it as of now is they probably won't get a high profile, like the past two, coach with a State title on their resume.  This will be because the word is out about the Superintendent's interference.  Maybe a lower level coach with a State title?  Who knows.  Gonna be interesting.  But, if it was me, I'd stay clear of this job until the Superintendent changes.

Yes, "stay clear" from $200K. Go make $100k and hope you get a chance someday when it opens again with a different supt.

Option 1: make $100k for 3-4 years with a supt that you like.

Option 2: make $200k for 3-4 years with a supt you don’t like. 
 

Potentially a near half million $ difference. Not a hard decision.

It might be out...but usually if its out...someone is real quick to appear to be in the know and will post names somewhere...I personally have yet to see that
