Cotton Bowl- Friday 6:30pm
#5 Texas vs #8 Ohio St(-6)

I waffled back and forth for a while on who to take in the Orange Bowl - ended up betting Notre Dame moneyline at -122 odds. Penn State is never good in these big spots as an underdog. Also took Under 47 in this game.

Ohio State wins by double digits if their offense keeps humming like it has so far in the playoffs.

All I think are pretty smart bets.

I went this route and also parlayed. Got to make back some of that money lost on quarterfinals.

Notre Dame is still a 1 or 1.5 point favorite at most places. ESPN's book has it as a pick-em now.

Texas wasn’t supposed to beat OSU in the Horseshoe at night either, but it happened. If Texas can play mistake free ball on offense, I think Texas’ defense can get stops against OSU. Texas win 27-20.

I don’t think they lost because of anything Franklin did or didn’t do - his QB was just terrible tonight.

The man is 1-18 vs top 5 teams…4-20 vs top 10… he got out coached tonight. Penn state has a lot better roster than ND. He does not understand situational football, he can’t win a big game. SMU and Boise state was a very easy path to the semis… don’t get me started all that talk he did this week with ND needs to be in a conference and tried to little bro Marcus Freeman.
