From what I understand is if they accept these pardons then they give up their 5th Amendment protections.  Call them all in and get to the bottom of anything that's been in question.

I am thinking the same thing.  What if they fail to show up when they get a subpoena?  Can they go to jail for contempt?  And like you said, can they go to jail for lying under oath?  Gonna be interesting!

These pardons are good for federal crimes only. These people can still be brought in for questioning before congress. State crimes are not covered. Look how Idaho feels about Fauci.
