The last few games WB been playing have been at a slower pace & they struggled!

Too bad a record doesn’t tell the whole story! They’re a talented tho no doubt but you’d be a fool too miss that they been struggling with the slow paced games this season!

When you play tough opponents (and Nederland at their place is) then style points go out the window.

People care about winning! It also doesn't take Phil Jackson to see that WB is one of the top teams in the entire state when they are playing up tempo and running. When they play a slow half court pace, the team comes back to the fold.

But is this West Brook team really an up tempo team?

I say this because they have only scored 70 points or more just 10 times this season. 80 or more just 3 times. 

Looking at their entire schedule, the vast majority of the teams they have played are good defensive teams with patient offenses that don't turn it over. That's what you normally see at the 5A level and above. Up temp just isn't as effective at the higher classifications.

It's very common at the state tourney for the 5A and 6A games to be on the lower side of scoring. Lot's of 50 & 60 point games. rarely do you see 70+ games anymore.

I have only seen 4 West Brook games this year. I just don't see that team as up tempo.

Man you always complaining about something, your never happy , how are you mad at 28-1 , whatever is happening it’s working , if you understood basketball you have to be able to play multiple styles which this team is very capable of .

Where have I complained at? Come on now, we both know that WE aren't going to argue about who knows what about basketball. Let's stop with the cap, like the youngsters say. Let's not get besides ourselves classmate! That's as nice as I'm going to be.
