Oh educated one, do you even read your own article? It clearly states that meals on wheels will NOT be affected. Duh…You really need to stop flaunting that fake diploma. Biden clearly took care of lots of people who don’t deserve it. You are proof positive.

Another way of obtaining an answer to your question would be to tune in to a WH press briefing, where there is a bright new press secretary named Karoline Leavitt. She’s definitely a huge improvement over her predecessor. She is very knowledgeable and well prepared. In fact, your question was specifically asked and answered. What a breath of fresh air.  No more circle back girl or being referred to someone else because she has no answer.

From the article I posted

HuffPost obtained an internal OMB memo requesting information on grant programs from federal agencies. The section for Department of Health and Human Services grants lists special programs for the aging and “senior nutrition,” meaning the grants that go to Meals on Wheels programs are literally on a list of potentially targeted programs.

Meals on Wheels America has said federal funding only covers about 35% of the 2 million meals a day its member organizations deliver, with the rest covered by donations. But since nonprofit organizations are reimbursed after the fact, a pause in funding has created uncertainty for some of those local groups.

And the uncertainty right now is creating chaos for local Meals on Wheels providers not knowing whether they should be serving meals today,” Young said. “Which unfortunately means seniors will panic not knowing where their next meals will come from.”

FROM YOUR OWN ARTICLE:
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, when asked Tuesday if Meals on Wheels or Head Start programs would be affected, suggested they would not.

“Individuals at home who receive direct assistance from the federal government, you will not be impacted by this federal freeze,” Leavitt said.

In bold, means it has not been done.

That's what the WH press secretary said, who i don't trust. Others think differently.

Well, I expect that from you. Believe the Huff Post over the WH press secretary. Why is that, because she is a well informed white woman? FYI, the freeze has been lifted. Any recipients od meals on wheels missed their meal that you know of? Of course not, but Huff Post did their job reporting non-factual information.

From experience - I applied and got meals on wheels for my Father the last year he was attempting to live alone.

The only think he would eat is the canned fruit. After a week of trying to get him to eat the food,  I called to cancel. It took the a month to stop delivering to him.  While I think it is a good program, it could be re-looked at to avoid waste

the article still doesn't say what you claimed in your first post, even if you choose to ignore the rest of the article, which completely refutes your first post.
