Exactly. But I know enough BH ppl to know that they aren't all bad. Just particular ppl.

I’ve watched a few games of BH and several from his CP days, i do kinda agree. He did have some questionable play calling, especially on the road against PA memorial last season. However, i feel like he has a good plan coming to Lufkin. Also, our previous OC wasn’t a great play caller but averaged a lot of points over the last 15 years. Lufkin is a place that playing calling in certain critical situations won’t hurt as bad because of the athletes and speed of the skill players can make up yardage. BH on the other hand couldn’t. At Lufkin, you just need to put the pieces together, be a good manager of the game, and make sure everyone keeps emotions in check. Let the players show the athleticism that they possess. Lufkin will be fine.

What does it matter what school Coach Abseck’s daughter attends?   It is a personal decision for his family to make.  Has nothing to do with anything.

His daughter is a senior at BH and its February. They still have a house to sell and she's 3 months from graduation. Why wouldn't he just let her finish at BH to keep from disrupting her entire life because poor Poole's son didn't get enough playing time last season?

I forgot Coach Abseck's daughter is senior...then he's absolutely going to keep her at Barbers Hill....it'd be awful as a parent to yank her out of her school three months before graduation....I am sure everyone in Lufkin 100% understands why he'd allow his daughter to finish her senior year, attend senior prom and graduate w/her friends

Question for ya. Why do you feel the need to post rumors and repost comments on Smoaky to put BH in a bad light? Since you represent a company like Dave Campbell’s I find that kind of irresponsible.  Of course you can do what you please, but just curious.

He acts like he is some kind of ambassador to TX HS football but he has lots of biases and pettiness and sometimes even an axe to grind. He has good info lots of times but sometimes he is less than professional. He does not always benefit DC and/or the UIL.

Even the incoming BH coach used "that school" referring to BH in the VYPE video. No one took any offense.

We all have biases, it is human. I try to eliminate them but that can be a challenge. 

If you have an example of my bias feel free to ask me about it, I'll be happy to discuss with you in an open forum or in private.

No worries here. No unhinging either. I KNOW I have a lot better education than Barber’s Hill can provide. I also know I’m smarter because—knowing how more than a few felt—I wouldn’t have asked an irrelevant question in a manner that could be misconstrued. 😉

That said, I did like Simper’s interview, and noted as much as soon as I watched it.
