But, with that being said, I have these questions: Will the starting lineups of every NFL team be DEI? Like, a trans woman who is now a man starting in the NFL as a middle linebacker? Or, how a bout a 5' 2", 120 pound Asian starting at QB. Or, how about a 5' 5", 400 black man starting at wide receiver? Or how a bout a 4' 8", 350 black lady starting at free safety? Or, a 6' 2" 100 pound white lady starting at right guard? If they all wanted to, then they should be able to play these positions! When you see it spell out, it sounds ridiculous doesn't it? But -- this is what DEI is. My point, if you are going to do it in the NFL, make sure it's done in ALL the NFL! Why not? This is what the nut commissioner wants. But, I bet he doesn't. I bet he doesn't go ALL in! Because he's a friggin hypocrite! Talk is cheap! The point is: Again, since the NFL has gone full DEI -- when will the starting lineups be diversified?! Thoughts?! Where are the 5'9" whites, Hispanics and Asians? Cuban got really agitated when he was called out on it but he argued "the others" have jobs within the Mavs organization. Apparently Cuban equates employing a Hispanic janitor or a white secretary for near minimum wage with a multi-million dollar NBA players. Cuban is a POS. Quote

DEI is about allowing people an opportunity to get a job that they are qualified for. The white boys you mentioned were not good enough. Periodt!!! Quote

Cuban DOES NOT believe in hiring the best candidates for the Dallas Mavericks, EXCEPT when it comes to his players. Doesn't matter though.
