Concerning these district judges, think about this:  The high Court needs a majority to render a decision.  But a lower court, which is not in the Constitution, can single handedly render a decision to stop the executive branch from going about their lawful duties.

At first glance, I thought you were referring to BLM, the Alphabet people, #MeToo & Covid vaccinations... Lol.

But you can appeal to the higher courts and overturn the lower courts decision. Trump is throwing out whatever he wants to see if it will stick. If it doesn't work, then he knows he has a shot at fast-tracking to the conservative Supreme Court.

Smart...

He knows many of his actions won't pass muster on the first go-round with liberal lower courts which forces the hand of the Supreme Court to hear and rule on these cases. With a majority of conservatives on the court, he has a good chance of getting what he wants - at least in many instances...

Kennedy explains why the lower courts lawlessness is happening.

Until the Supreme Court decides whether nationwide injunctions are lawful, they will continue to be used by BOTH sides as a remedy to attain each party's goals. Which is exactly my point. I love Senator John Kennedy to death, but the part he is leaving out is that both sides have used them (national/universal injunctions) and will continue to use them until a decision is made on the Supreme Court level. Which plays into what I said before...

It’s about time.  These lower judges need to stay in their lanes.  The Constitution does not give them the authority to issue nation wide injunctions!

This is Senator John Kennedy from Louisiana.  Listen and see what he has to say about nation wide injunctions being illegal.  Then, if you think he's wrong, then you can tell us where.
