BH Playoffs

BH plays a warm up game vs. Katy (30-1) @ 6pm Tuesday.

 

First round playoff:

Game 1 is at LaPorte 6:30pm Friday 4-25.

Game 2 is home vs. LP 1pm Saturday 4-26.

Game 3 afterwards if necessary.

LP has a pretty good team. But, y’all are on a different level.

I don't know how BH and LP got matched up in the 1st round...

BH will need to play their best. LP is always tough!

Katy coming to town to revenge their only loss of the season against BH 😀. Should be a good one both teams have gotten better since that early match up. LP is a solid club and played BH well last year, so this by no means is a layup for the Eagles

I am curious anyone can find the information who and where will play at since UIL or Maxprep does not tell the details. I am frustrated and always enjoy to watch softball games during the playoffs. While baseball already have the website with who and location so hopefully any of you know where can I find the website or link. 

 

I would appreciate your input.

Yes, Katy's only loss was to BH, Eagles won 2-0 on March 1. 

Katy will want to win tonight.

Txprepsoftball.net is a pretty good site. 2025 pkayoffs is under construction, but a lot of details on this site

Katy avenges their only loss on the season, but it took them 10 innings to do it. Both teams put in ghost runners on 2nd base starting in the 9 th.

Excellent tune up for both teams. Could have went either way. BH had bases loaded in the 10th but couldn't push one across. It was that close. 

Katy is really, really good. They could pass for a college team with all their height. Great velocity from the circle and their bats are solid and strong. 

Great mutual respect from both fan bases. Each extended playoff well wishes to the other. Great game to see. Best one in the State tonight.

La Porte & Friendswood finished tied for 2nd. Friendswood won the series against La Porte, so they get #1 D1 seed.

BH too tough. Looked like LP had the lead for a little while early. Just ran into a buzz saw. Still, not a bad game.

LP's pitching was outstanding. Their fielding was shaky. 

BH seemed to have some "Katy hangover" at first but got it in gear mid game. 

Game 2 is at 1pm at BH.

BH wins Game two 2-1. BH wins series 2-0. On to round 2.

Next up for BH is College Station (22-8), who beat (13-11) Porter 4-0 in a one game playoff.
