WOS has hired Derrick Rivers as the new baseball coach and David Shaw as the new trainer. Coach Rivers was an Assistant at Central.

I met Coach Rivers when BC played Central this year. I was impressed that he was the first "baseball guy" that I had met from Central in years. He is a class guy and I am sure he will do a good job there. I forget where he played college baseball. McNeese maybe???? Maybe Coop can find out for us. Good luck, Coach Rivers (except on those days he faces the Cardinals!)

i played for coach rivers my 9th grade summer for the ozen summer team..he is a great coach and can turn a program around quick..so better be ready whoever is playing WOS
