Can you confirm a little information from Silsbee? I heard Daniel Paulus has committed to McNeese State and will sign with them in Feb.

I don't think that's official just yet, but that's what I had heard too. I haven't talked to his mother in a while, will try to catch up with her soon. We play golf together occasionaly, we both are members of Silsbee CC. I haven't played in a while( not a cold weather golfer) but I should see her soon and find out the scoop.

I did hear that he had uncommitted to U of H when Briles left but I don't know if it was because of him leaving or the new coach not wanting Daniel. It's cougar high's lost as far as I'm concerned. Daniel will be a fine college player.

Per today's Beaumont Enterprise, Daniel Paulus is officially committed to McNeese State. Hopefully around 2010 Lamar will land this kind of talent. Congratulations to Daniel and his family.
