Patsy Schedule or Tough Schedule

Which way would you do your schedule?  Patsy and get some wins or play tough and get better?  Yes, the experience of your team is important, but lets say all things equal.  How do you go about it?

According to whether the HC is coming or going or like some W's to keep his job.

if i have a good, competitive team, i want to play the best teams i can play in pre-district.  those games will prepare the team for the tougher opponents they may face come playoff time.  if i have a weak team, i might choose an easier schedule.  this way they have a shot at getting a couple of wins early, and who knows, they might build up some confidence and upset some teams later.

i think it could go either way.  some coaches play tough non-district schedules and some don't.  ive seen schools play weak non-district schedules and then roll through district.  personally i think its good to play a tough non-district schedule.
