Bridge City & PA Girl Powerlifters compete in Palacios

Bridge City and Port Arthur traveled to Palacios for a meet this thursday. They wanted to see some new competition, and stunned the meet. Bridge City pulled 2nd place in a meet full of some very strong powerlifting teams, losing out to Class 4A/5A State Runner-ups Calhoun.

Top Lifters were 1st place finishers Valerie Brown with a 795 total, and Brittany Myers with a 750 total. 3rd place finishes went to Ricci Shoemaker, and Taylor Daville, 4th place to Shelbie Huffman, and 5th places to Emily Blanchard and Ashley Angelle.
